How Mindfulness Training

   Mindfulness Training Workshop

This 2.5 hour session is suitable for up to 15 employees who are complete beginners through to those who have already received some training but need a refresher. 

 

The elements of the training are a mixture of short talks, guided meditations, practising relaxation and how to work without getting stressed, even in challenging circumstances or when things don't go to plan.

Participants will learn a simple, progressive meditation technique, which can take between 5 and 15 minutes and can form the basis of a personal practice.

There is also guidance on how to stay relaxed and stress free throughout the working day, making for a more enjoyable and productive work experience and how that enables the employee to get the most out of their time away from the workplace.

Questions are welcomed both during the teaching elements and at the end of the session so that participants are clear about how to engage with the training for maximum success.  There is a break half way where refreshments can be served.

The training can be delivered at your premises or an off site location (for an additional cost).

The training is delivered by Mike Buckley BSc Hons Management Sciences. He has 30 years experience of mindfulness, tai chi and meditation. He has a private practice and also delivers training and services in NHS settings for Mind, the national mental health charity.
