Currently we offer three levels of engaging with these new perspectives :
1) Introducing Stillness - A two to three hour introduction
2) Finding Stillness - A day to cover the range of insights and taste the freedom of finding a peace which is independent of circumstances
3) Being Now - A day to explore in greater depth what has already been realised and become
more established in a peace which needs nothing outside of itself.

When you make a booking, we will confirm your place by email or post. A week before the event, we will get in touch with some suggestions about what to bring. You can contact us with a query at any point and we will be happy to talk it through with you.
Should you need to cancel a booking we will refund you in full up to 48 hours before the start date; with less notice than this we will refund 50% of the booking cost.
